When fans come together, you would expect the room to be filled with magic, and the Indiana Fan meetup was a beautiful example of that.
It was hosted by Tina, an advanced DIY crafter and enthusiast from Robotime Community, on December 2nd. She gathered friends at the welcoming North Webster Community Public Library to have a memorable day of hands-on building, learning, and connecting.
This meetup was not just a recap of fan activity. It showed that Robotime kits can bring joy, creativity, and connection to people’s lives.
Preparing the Community Gathering for a Cozy Start
The Indiana meetup was organized with care and enthusiasm. Tina ensured she found the perfect venue, and that every supply participants would need to complement the tool kits was provided.
The kits and basic refreshments (snacks, water, and coffee) were provided by Robotime to ensure everyone had a comfortable and enjoyable gathering, staying true to our goal of helping people connect and share happiness.

The room was spacious enough to fit all 15 participants, including Tina. Everyone had ample space to create with a cozy experience.

Tina also provided name tags so everyone could get to know each other in a cool setting while adding a personal touch.
Creative Highlights of the Day
Participants explored a variety of Robotime kits, from DIY miniature houses to book nooks. Everyone was so excited to start building immediately. The room was filled with concentration, as participants happily focused while chatting with others and having an all-around fun time.
The meetup was an interactive session. Participants shared tips and laughed as they bonded over their DIY craft kits. Tina was helping participants with questions, talking, and laughing with them.
One thing that stood out was the smiles on all the faces and the willingness to craft a meaningful kit regardless of their age. Everyone was learning and gaining the confidence to build, developing wholehearted love for the hobby, and expressing excitement to attend future meetups. The miniature houses and book nooks were captivating, offering warmth and a sense of accomplishment upon completion.
At the end of the successful meetup, Tina expressed her appreciation as follows:
“I am so filled with gratitude to Robotime for letting me be a part of this, and to witness people find another happy place where they can go to create and spend time with others in their community…creating a community of hobbyists of our own. The smiles on their faces say it all!”
