If you’re into mechanical models, the ROKR AK-47 Assault Rifle Gun offers a blend of design, engineering, and play. Specifications and Features

Dual shooting mode: The ROKR AK-47 has a dual shooting mode. You could either fire in a single shot or in a continuous shot.

Rubber bands: The kit comes with rubber bands that serve as the triggering mechanism or bullets. This makes it a harmless toy that can serve as fun for kids and adults.

Wooden soldiers: The kit comes with mini wooden soldiers, objects that you can aim at.

Premium quality: The ROKR AK-47 is made of premium plywood. Its parts are laser-cut and are designed to be durable for years to come.

Assembly Experience

The assembly process is straightforward. Although you may experience slight confusion moments with alignment, those issues can be easily fixed once you follow the instruction manual. The parts pop out easily, but you need to be careful while popping out wooden pieces.

Glue is hardly an essential since the two sections are set to fit. The process of assembling is interesting because you observe the linking of mechanical parts.

Challenges

Tricky mechanical parts: Some smaller mechanical parts, like the trigger mechanism, can be tricky. You may experience the rubber band not shooting from the fun.

Misalignment: Small deviations or misalignments such as the rubber band path may become a hindrance to full functioning.

Assembly time: The assembly time is also challenging, especially for first-timers. You’ll need to dedicate around 5 hours to building this amazing puzzle.

Performance and Functionality

Once you assemble your 3D wooden gun, you can launch rubber bands at the wooden soldiers provided in the kit. The kit offers two shooting modes (single and continuous). The removable magazine makes it even more realistic and the mechanical sights assist you in aiming.

Note that although the rubber band itself is safe, you should not point it at the face of someone, animals, or delicate objects.

Really enjoyed building the Ak-47 model. Only issue I encountered was that the clip did not secure in its position. I ended up adding a 1.5" long x 3/8" diameter spring inside the clip to ensure that the front pivoting pieces remained under tension and fully expanded when inserted. Clip remains tightly in place now and can still be easily removed by squeezing the front pivoting pieces and hitting the clip release simultaneously.
