Retrun & Refund
We are obliged to make you satisfied with our products and service on rokronline.com. If you are not happy with your purchase. We provide refund & exchange service under the following conditions:
- All returns and refunds must be applied within 30 days of receiving your purchase at service@rokronline.com or contact page.
- Please provide your order number and reason for your return or refund. We will review your request and send you further email if it is approved.
- Only purchase on rokronline.com could be refunded. If you buy from other websites, please contact them directly for refunds.
- Special deal products cannot be returned.
- Returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt.
- We are not responsible for shipping charge of returns for personal reasons.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us, we will deal with it with no doubt. You need to provide:
- Order number
- Picture of damaged package or products
- Correct shipping address
We will arrange replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. But damage caused by customer will issue extra fee for replacement.
Process Time of Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will take 3-14 business days after we approve your request.
But it will take another processing time for your payment bank to deal with the refund. If you have any question about when you will receive the refund, please contact your bank for further details.
Change or Cancel Order
If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note: Orders have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.
Note: Before you return the package, please contact us at service@rokronline.com. Then we will arrange the refund.
