Inside the arched oven, a pale, puppy-faced bread shape turns out of sight. When the display comes around again, a golden loaf appears. A little cart waits nearby, and the eye follows the route toward the next station. This is the ROKR Dream Bread Factory EAB03: a puppy-themed wooden model you assemble yourself, and a music box that turns a bakery visit into a miniature moving scene.
Follow the Bread from Oven to Counter
The tour starts at the oven on the upper floor. Its rotating display alternates a pale dough-colored shape with a golden baked one. The movement makes a simple before-and-after easy to read: one moment the loaf is going in, the next it looks ready to leave. A small bread piece rests on the ledge outside, giving the eye somewhere to land before moving right.
Next comes the transport scene. Beneath an illuminated arrow, a little bread cart occupies the passage between oven and packaging area. Its box is marked “Bread,” while a basket of baguettes and other loaves sits in the foreground. The lit arrow draws your eye from the cart to the next work area, so the route stays easy to follow.
At the packaging station, a puppy-shaped loaf appears under a small red canopy and ROKR bunting. The product display shows this stage as bread receiving puppy-themed wrapping before it moves down toward the counter. The change of shape and setting gives the tour its payoff: the baking scene becomes something ready for the shop.
The route ends at the lower-floor storefront. Through the curved display window, rows of breads fill the shelves. The scene has moved from making bread to presenting it. Each part of the model picks up the bakery story where the last one left off.

A Factory Upstairs, a Bakery Downstairs
EAB03 earns both halves of its name. Upstairs, the arched oven, cart, arrow, and packaging station make a compact production line. Downstairs, a “Puppy Bakery” sign hangs above red double doors, and the broad shop window opens the scene to a passerby’s view. The two levels let you see the bakery from behind the counter and from the street.
The puppy theme gives the place a particular character. A chef-hatted dog peers over the roofline; paw prints mark the frontage; puppy faces appear again in the breads and packaging. These details are more interesting when discovered along the tour than when counted as decorations. They make the factory feel like one recognizable little shop, even when the moving parts pause.

Warm light draws the levels together. It glows around the upper work area, then shines through the doors and large curved window below. From a shelf or desk, the model reads as a two-story bakery rather than a collection of unrelated mechanisms.
The Bakery Has Its Own Soundtrack
Stay with the scene for another circuit and there is something to hear as well as see. EAB03 is a music box, with the listed tune On New Orleans Streets One More Time. The melody accompanies the oven display and the warmly lit shopfront as you look across the model.
The melody gives the miniature bakery a sense of place as your eye follows the oven, the cart and packaging area, and finally the breads behind the window. Sound accompanies that small journey while the display gives you something new to notice on each pass.

Before Opening Day, There’s a Factory to Build
The finished tour starts as a kit of wooden pieces. Building EAB03 means assembling the two-level storefront, then bringing the oven, transport scene, packaging area, lighting, and music-box elements into one display. The project is as much about arranging the bakery’s architecture as it is about putting its moving system together.
The current ROKR product listing gives the build these specifications:
| Pieces | 376 |
|---|---|
| Difficulty | Advanced |
| Estimated assembly time | 5.5 hours |
| Assembled size | 216 × 150 × 221 mm (W × D × H) |
The first time you watch the bakery, you are following a loaf through a tiny shop. After assembling the ROKR Dream Bread Factory EAB03, you know how that shop—and its moving story—came together.
