What should I do if parts are missing, incorrect, or duplicated?
If you discover a missing, incorrect, or duplicated part, please contact ROKR Customer Support. Include your Kickstarter backer or order information, the affected part number, and a clear photo where possible. Our team will help verify the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement parts.
What should I do if a part arrives damaged or breaks during assembly?
Please stop the affected assembly step if necessary and contact ROKR Customer Support. Provide the part number and a clear photo of the damage so our team can review the issue and provide the appropriate assistance or replacement.
Is there anything I should know when installing Parts J2 and J4?
Yes. Please use a manual screwdriver and tighten the screws slowly and gently. Overtightening the screws may cause the plastic components around J2 and J4 to crack.
Tighten gradually and stop once you feel clear resistance. The screws only need to hold the parts securely in place.
What should I do if my J2 or J4 part has already cracked?
Please contact ROKR Customer Support with your Kickstarter backer or order information, the affected part number, and a clear photo of the damaged area. Our team will help determine the appropriate solution.
What should I know about the P42 rubber ring replacement?
The P42 replacement issue affected a portion of customers from earlier shipments. Affected customers should receive 11 P42 rubber rings, and replacement parts have already been shipped separately.
Because replacement parts may use different shipping arrangements, they can arrive a few days later than the main product. Later shipments have already been packed with the complete set of rubber rings and do not require an additional replacement.
What should I do if my P42 replacement parts have not arrived?
If you are part of an affected earlier shipment and have received your Dinosaur Lab Pinball but not the P42 replacement parts, please allow a few additional days for separate delivery.
If they still do not arrive, please contact ROKR Customer Support for assistance.
Why might the lubricating grease not be included in my package?
Due to air transport restrictions involving grease and oil-based substances, lubricating grease may not be included in some international shipments.
What can I use if the lubricating grease is not included?
Commonly available alternatives such as petroleum jelly, cooking oil, or wax can be used as indicated in the assembly guidance.
If you are unsure about where or how to apply a substitute, please contact ROKR Customer Support before proceeding.
What should I do if the ball launcher does not work smoothly?
First, check that the relevant components have been assembled correctly and that nothing is obstructing the mechanism.
If the launcher still does not operate as expected, please contact ROKR Customer Support and, where possible, provide a short video showing the issue. This will help our team identify the problem more efficiently.
What should I do if the scoring, sensors, or gameplay do not work as expected?
If you experience abnormal scoring, sensor responses, ball movement, or other gameplay-related behavior, please contact ROKR Customer Support.
Please provide a brief description of the issue and, where possible, a short video showing what happens during play. Our team will help determine whether the issue is related to assembly, adjustment, or a component requiring further support.
